Type on any PDF, tick boxes, add dates and images, and white out what should not be there.
Your PDF is processed in your browser and never uploaded.
How it works
- Choose a PDF, such as a form that cannot be filled in electronically.
- Pick Text, Date, Tick, Whiteout, or Image in the toolbar, then click on the page to place it.
- Drag items to move them, pull the corner to resize, and type directly into text boxes.
- Download the edited PDF.
Fill in PDFs that were made for printing
Many forms arrive as flat PDFs: you are expected to print them, write on them, and scan them back. This editor lets you type straight onto the page instead, so the result is neat, readable, and never leaves your device.
Tools
- Text: type anywhere, choose the size and color, use several lines
- Date: today's date in the format you pick
- Tick: a check mark for boxes
- Whiteout: a white box to cover a mistake or a field you want hidden
- Image: a logo, stamp, or photo
Limits
Whiteout covers content visually; the original text stays in the file underneath. To remove sensitive text for real, a dedicated redaction tool is needed. Existing text in the PDF cannot be edited, only covered and typed over. Text uses a standard font, so non-Latin scripts are not supported yet.

FAQ
Does my data get uploaded or stored?
No. Processing runs entirely in your browser. Structura does not upload your files for processing and does not keep file contents on a server. Closing the tab clears the in-memory copy.
Is processing private / local-only?
Yes for the tool’s job. Your files stay on the device. Optional Cloudflare Web Analytics may record page views and anonymous events such as tool runs and downloads, never file contents or file names.
How do I type on a PDF?
Choose Text in the toolbar, click where you want to type, and start typing. Drag the box to line it up.
Can I edit the existing text in a PDF?
No. You can cover it with Whiteout and type new text on top, which looks the same when printed.
Does whiteout delete the text underneath?
No, it covers it. Someone with the file could still extract the hidden text, so do not use it to hide confidential information.
Do I need an account?
No. All Structura tools are free to use without signup.
