Merge PDF Files
Combine PDFs into a single file in the order you choose.
Your PDF is processed in your browser and never uploaded.
How it works
- Select two or more PDFs (or drop them in).
- Use the arrows to put them in order.
- Click Merge PDFs and download the combined file.
Combine PDFs privately
Merging is useful for sending one file instead of five: a cover letter, CV, and certificates, or a month of invoices. The files are joined page by page in your browser, with their original quality, links, and page sizes preserved.
Up to 200 files at a time, 50 MB each. Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked first.

FAQ
Does my data get uploaded or stored?
No. Processing runs entirely in your browser. Structura does not upload your files for processing and does not keep file contents on a server. Closing the tab clears the in-memory copy.
Is processing private / local-only?
Yes for the tool’s job. Your files stay on the device. Optional Cloudflare Web Analytics may record page views and anonymous events such as tool runs and downloads, never file contents or file names.
How do I combine PDF files into one?
Select all the PDFs, arrange them with the arrows, and click Merge PDFs.
Does merging reduce quality?
No. Pages are copied as they are, so text stays sharp and searchable.
Do I need an account?
No. All Structura tools are free to use without signup.
