How it works
- Choose the PDF you need to sign.
- Draw your signature with a mouse, finger, or stylus, type your name in a script style, or upload a photo of your signature.
- Click Use this signature, then click on the page where it belongs. Drag to move it and pull the corner to resize. Add the date or text from the toolbar.
- Download the signed PDF. The original file is not changed or uploaded.
Sign documents without printing or uploading them
Contracts, offer letters, rental agreements, and forms often just need your signature on the last page. Printing, signing, and scanning takes ten minutes; most online signing tools want an account and a copy of your document on their servers. Here the PDF never leaves your browser.

- Initials on other pages, by placing the signature again at a smaller size
- Today's date and any other text, such as your name or place
Is this a legally valid signature?
This adds a visual electronic signature, which many everyday agreements accept. It is not a certificate-based digital signature (like Aadhaar eSign or DocuSign's audit trail). For documents that require one, use a certified provider.

FAQ
Does my data get uploaded or stored?
No. Processing runs entirely in your browser. Structura does not upload your files for processing and does not keep file contents on a server. Closing the tab clears the in-memory copy.
Is processing private / local-only?
Yes for the tool’s job. Your files stay on the device. Optional Cloudflare Web Analytics may record page views and anonymous events such as tool runs and downloads, never file contents or file names.
How do I sign a PDF without printing it?
Open the PDF here, draw or type your signature, click Use this signature, click where it should go, and download the signed PDF.
Is my signature stored anywhere?
Only if you save it, and then only in this browser. Your PDF and signature are never uploaded.
Can I sign on my phone?
Yes. Draw your signature with your finger on the signature pad, then tap the page to place it.
Can I add the date next to my signature?
Yes. Use Add date in the toolbar above the pages and drag it next to your signature.
Do I need an account?
No. All Structura tools are free to use without signup.
