Not registered for GST?

Businesses that are not registered cannot charge GST and should issue a bill of supply or a plain invoice instead. Set every item's GST rate to 0 and leave your GSTIN blank.

FAQ

Does my data get uploaded or stored?

No. Processing runs entirely in your browser. Structura does not upload your files for processing and does not keep file contents on a server. Closing the tab clears the in-memory copy.

Is processing private / local-only?

Yes for the tool’s job. Your files stay on the device. Optional Cloudflare Web Analytics may record page views and anonymous events such as tool runs and downloads, never file contents or file names.

Is it really free?

Yes. There is no signup, no watermark, and no limit on the number of invoices.

Can I add my logo?

Not yet. The invoice uses a clean text layout. Tell us if a logo matters to you.

How do I keep track of invoice numbers?

After each download, the invoice number moves to the next one (INV-009 becomes INV-010) and is remembered in this browser.

Do I need an account?

No. All Structura tools are free to use without signup.
