Bulk Image Optimizer
Resize, compress, convert, and rename a whole folder of images in one go, without uploading them anywhere.
Images are processed in your browser and never uploaded.
How it works
- Select the images you want to optimize. Hundreds at once is fine.
- Set a maximum width or height, the output format, and quality.
- Optionally rename files with a pattern such as
product-{n}-{w}w. - Optimize, review the savings, and download everything as a ZIP.
Smaller images for faster websites and stores
Product photos and blog images straight from a camera or phone are often 3–8 MB each and 4000 pixels wide. Most websites display them at 1200–1600 pixels. Resizing and converting them to WebP typically cuts file size by 70–95%, which speeds up pages and improves Core Web Vitals.
Online compressors usually limit you to 20 files, cap the file size, or require an upload. Structura runs the whole batch on your computer using the browser's own image encoders, so there is no upload, no queue, and no daily limit.
What you can do
- Resize to a maximum width and/or height while keeping the aspect ratio (images are never enlarged)
- Convert to WebP, AVIF (where the browser supports it), JPEG, or PNG
- Set quality, and keep the original automatically if re-encoding would make it bigger
- Rename in bulk with
{name},{n}(001, 002…),{w}, and{h} - Download one file or a ZIP of the whole batch
Good to know
Re-encoding removes EXIF metadata such as GPS location. Photos are rotated upright before resizing. Transparent images converted to JPEG get a white background. AVIF output depends on your browser; formats it cannot encode are disabled in the list.

FAQ
Does my data get uploaded or stored?
No. Processing runs entirely in your browser. Structura does not upload your files for processing and does not keep file contents on a server. Closing the tab clears the in-memory copy.
Is processing private / local-only?
Yes for the tool’s job. Your files stay on the device. Optional Cloudflare Web Analytics may record page views and anonymous events such as tool runs and downloads, never file contents or file names.
How much smaller will my images get?
It depends on the source. Phone photos resized to 1600 px wide and saved as WebP at 80% quality commonly shrink by 80–95%. Already-optimized images may barely change.
Is WebP supported everywhere?
All current major browsers display WebP. If you need maximum compatibility with old software or email clients, choose JPEG.
Is there a limit on the number of images?
You can process up to 200 images per batch, 50 MB each. Very large batches depend on your device’s memory.
Does it keep photo metadata?
No. Re-encoding drops EXIF, including GPS location. To keep the original pixels and only remove metadata, use the Photo Metadata Remover.
Do I need an account?
No. All Structura tools are free to use without signup.
