JPG to PDF
Combine JPG photos into one PDF that is easy to email, print, or upload.
Your photos are processed in your browser and never uploaded.
How it works
- Select your JPG photos.
- Arrange them in order.
- Choose A4 or Letter and click Create PDF.
Photos and scans as one document
Government portals, landlords, and employers often ask for documents as a single PDF. Take photos of each page with your phone, select them here, and create the PDF. Photos are rotated the right way up and fitted to the page.

FAQ
Does my data get uploaded or stored?
No. Processing runs entirely in your browser. Structura does not upload your files for processing and does not keep file contents on a server. Closing the tab clears the in-memory copy.
Is processing private / local-only?
Yes for the tool’s job. Your files stay on the device. Optional Cloudflare Web Analytics may record page views and anonymous events such as tool runs and downloads, never file contents or file names.
How do I put multiple JPGs into one PDF?
Select all of them at once, order them with the arrows, and click Create PDF.
Is there a limit on the number of photos?
Up to 200 images at a time.
Do I need an account?
No. All Structura tools are free to use without signup.
