Add Page Numbers to a PDF
Put page numbers on a PDF, in the corner and format you choose.
Your PDF is processed in your browser and never uploaded.
How it works
- Choose a PDF.
- Pick the position, format, and starting number.
- Click Add page numbers and download.
Page numbers for reports, theses, and bundles
Numbering makes long documents easy to reference in meetings and reviews. Choose where the number goes and how it reads, start from any number (for documents that continue another), and leave the cover page unnumbered.

FAQ
Does my data get uploaded or stored?
No. Processing runs entirely in your browser. Structura does not upload your files for processing and does not keep file contents on a server. Closing the tab clears the in-memory copy.
Is processing private / local-only?
Yes for the tool’s job. Your files stay on the device. Optional Cloudflare Web Analytics may record page views and anonymous events such as tool runs and downloads, never file contents or file names.
How do I add page numbers to a PDF?
Choose the PDF, pick the position and format, and click Add page numbers.
Can I start numbering from the second page?
Yes. Tick Skip the first page; numbering then starts on page 2 with the number you choose.
Do I need an account?
No. All Structura tools are free to use without signup.
